The children and teachers were invited to attend the official opening of the Mulranny Promenade today. We walked from school and met Minister Michael Ring, TD and Councillor Michael Holmes the Cathaoirleach of Mayo County Council. Everyone was delighted to see us there. Councillor Holmes asked the teachers to give a night off homework! After the official opening we walked back to school and had a party.
